7.1 Real Estate Brokerage
Personal data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship and beyond in accordance with statutory retention and limitation periods.
7.2 Events

Participant and organizational data: up to a maximum of one year after the end of the event, provided no legal obligations prevent this.

Invoice and payment data: according to statutory retention periods.

Photos and videos: unlimited storage for documentation and public relations purposes, unless an objection is made.

CRM data: information about your participation may be stored permanently unless a request for deletion is made.
8. Photos and Video Recordings at Events
Image and video recordings may be made at events. These serve the purpose of documentation and public relations (e.g., website, social media, event materials). Legal basis: Legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You may object to this processing at any time. Please inform the event team or contact us in advance or subsequently.
