Even during my school years, I discovered my enthusiasm for the real estate industry. Two exciting internships at UBM Development and ARE Development offered me early insights into the world of real estate and sparked my determination to pursue this path further.
SOLID FOUNDATION & FIRST CONNECTIONS
Following my graduation and community service, I completed a preparatory course and successfully passed the certification exam for real estate assistant at WIFI Vienna in autumn 2019. This phase laid the groundwork for my future career and introduced me to a valuable professional network.
ACADEMIC EXPERTISE & HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE
In June 2020, I began working as a real estate agent for rental and owner-occupied apartments at OPTIN Immobilien. At the same time, I enrolled in the part-time Bachelor's degree program in Real Estate Management at FHWien der WKW. The synergy of academic study and practical work gave me a strong foundation in economics, law, and real estate technology. I proudly graduated in autumn 2023, building lasting friendships with many of my classmates along the way.
YOUNG NETWORK & FORWARD-LOOKING MINDSET
Recently, I was honoured to be listed among Austria’s “Real 100 Under 40”, a recognition of my dedication to the industry. As an active member of Future of Real Estate (FORE) and the ÖVI Young Professionals, I regularly exchange ideas on emerging topics in real estate and value being part of a vibrant community of young professionals.
My greatest motivation is helping people realise their housing dreams. I am convinced that the current market presents many new opportunities, and I look forward to seizing them together with my father – for the benefit of our clients. Our intergenerational collaboration combines decades of proven expertise with modern, innovative approaches. I’m excited for a future full of promising projects.
